Is Path of Exile 2 still worth starting in 2026?

Genuine question, not trying to start anything. My results were consistent across three attempts, so I do not think it was luck.

The in-game explanation and the actual behaviour do not appear to match. I will report back once I have tested it properly.

Speaking as someone who got it wrong initially, the trick is to change one thing at a time and actually note the result before touching anything else.

Others may have a cleaner method.
