   Quick one for the people who have put more hours into this than me. It seems to depend heavily on region, which nobody mentions anywhere. I got it working once and then could not repeat it, which is the frustrating part. Curious whether that matches what everyone else is seeing.

   Finally worked this out, so here is the write-up I wish I had found. Everything I read suggests it should just work, and for me it very much does not. It seems to depend heavily on region, which nobody mentions anywhere. Feel free to tell me I have missed something obvious.
