Old School RuneScape — Is 16 GB of RAM still enough in 2026?

Been chewing on this for a while, so I figured I would ask here. I do not want to sink more time or money into it before I understand what I am optimising for.

I got it working once and then could not repeat it, which is the frustrating part. Feel free to tell me I have missed something obvious.

Had the exact same issue. region and server load matter more than most guides acknowledge.
