RAID: Shadow Legends — Game reinstalls itself every time I launch the client

Writing this up while it is fresh, because I will forget the details otherwise. Rolling back to the previous version made the problem disappear entirely.

Writing this up while it is fresh, because I will forget the details otherwise. Rolling back to the previous version made the problem disappear entirely.

What actually changed my results was slowing down and reading the tooltips properly instead of rushing. Will update the post if I find a cleaner solution.

I went through this last month. the averages hide the problem; look at the one percent lows instead.

In my testing, do the cheap diagnostic first — it costs nothing and rules out half the causes.

Good luck, it is a common snag.

Worth checking first: the safe move is the reversible one — you can always undo it if it makes things worse.

I went through this last month. give it a clean reinstall before assuming the hardware is at fault.

Good luck, it is a common snag.

Not the answer you want, but do not copy someone else’s config wholesale — start from defaults and adjust to your own setup.

Same boat here. you get most of the benefit from the first adjustment; everything after that is marginal.

Report back once you have tried it.

Agreed on most of this, except the wiki number is theoretical; real results are always a bit lower.

Worth checking first: the community guide covers this better than I can, but the summary is to prioritise the basics first.

Report back once you have tried it.

This comes up a lot, so: region and server load matter more than most guides acknowledge.

Report back once you have tried it.

Worth checking first: it is almost always a setting rather than hardware, so try the free fixes before spending anything.

That fixed it for me, at least.

Slightly different take — the defaults are conservative on purpose, so there is usually headroom to gain.
