Region pricing differences on the same store

Finally worked this out, so here is the write-up I wish I had found. It works fine most of the time, but the edge cases are where I keep getting stuck.

I got it working once and then could not repeat it, which is the frustrating part. I can post logs or screenshots if that would make this easier to diagnose.

Agreed on most of this, except check whether an overlay is running before blaming the game itself.

The usual fix here is this changed for me after the last patch, so older threads may steer you wrong.
