Board rules and how to get a useful answer

Welcome to General Gaming. This board is for discussion that spans more than one title — recommendations, industry news, and questions about the hobby itself.

Three rules: keep it civil, no piracy or account trading, and search before posting. Threads that are specific to a single game belong in that game's board, and hardware questions belong in PC or Mobile Gaming.

If you want a useful answer, say what you have already tried. "What should I play next?" gets ignored; "I liked X and Y but bounced off Z, what am I missing?" gets ten replies.
