[Mech Arena] Difficulty settings — do you drop down or push through?
Bit of a niche question, but this seems like the right crowd for it. I do not want to sink more time or money into it before I understand what I am optimising for.

Two settings appear to interact in a way the menu does not hint at. Interested in the counter-argument if there is one.

Worth checking first: this changed for me after the last patch, so older threads may steer you wrong.
Report back once you have tried it.

Not the answer you want, but measure before and after, otherwise you are just guessing whether it helped.

Speaking as someone who got it wrong initially, measure before and after, otherwise you are just guessing whether it helped.

Adding to the above: if it only happens in one mode, that narrows it down considerably.
Worth a shot before anything drastic.
