   Launcher settings people forget to change

   Posting this mostly so the next person searching finds an answer. My results were consistent across three attempts, so I do not think it was luck. I compared notes with a friend and we got completely different outcomes on similar hardware. Let me know if more detail would help.

   Only partly related, but do not copy someone else’s config wholesale — start from defaults and adjust to your own setup. Worth a shot before anything drastic.
