Marvel Rivals — Is there a limit on how many codes per account?

Not a complaint, just genuinely puzzled by the behaviour. The numbers look fine on paper, but it feels noticeably worse in practice.

What actually changed my results was slowing down and reading the tooltips properly instead of rushing. I will report back once I have tested it properly.

For what it is worth, if it only happens in one mode, that narrows it down considerably.
