Reward tracker — how do you keep on top of them?

I searched first and found three threads that all contradict each other. The difference only becomes obvious once you look at the frame times rather than the average.

In my testing, measure before and after, otherwise you are just guessing whether it helped.

Short version: nine times out of ten it is a driver or a background process, not the thing you suspect.

Report back once you have tried it.

Good luck, it is a common snag.

Slightly different take — it is almost always a setting rather than hardware, so try the free fixes before spending anything.

Only partly related, but keep a note of what you changed, otherwise you cannot undo it cleanly later.

Not the answer you want, but temperature is the usual culprit when performance degrades over a session.
