   Vulkan or DirectX 12 backend giving you better frames?

   Curious how everyone else approaches this, because my way feels clumsy. Half the advice online is a year out of date, which is why I wanted a current thread. The default settings are clearly tuned for a different setup than mine. Will update the post if I find a cleaner solution.
