Frame rate caps: 30, 60 or whatever the phone allows?

Posting this mostly so the next person searching finds an answer. Once it clicked, it felt obvious, but getting there took far longer than it should have.

The patch notes hinted at this but never actually spelled it out. Still open to better approaches if anyone has one.

Depends on your setup, but broadly you get most of the benefit from the first adjustment; everything after that is marginal.
