Neverness to Everness — first impressions megathread

Third attempt at getting this right, so bear with me. Turning one setting down fixed it, which raises more questions than it answers.

Will update the post if I find a cleaner solution.

Agreed on most of this, except the community guide covers this better than I can, but the summary is to prioritise the basics first.

The usual fix here is give it a clean reinstall before assuming the hardware is at fault.

Same boat here. you get most of the benefit from the first adjustment; everything after that is marginal.

Worth a shot before anything drastic.
