Neverness to Everness — first impressions megathread (EU servers)

Adding my findings in case they help someone. It works fine most of the time, but the edge cases are where I keep getting stuck.

It seems to depend heavily on region, which nobody mentions anywhere. Marking this solved once something actually works.
