Shader compilation on first launch — how long did yours take? (NA servers)

Posting from the other side of a very long troubleshooting session. Turning one setting down fixed it, which raises more questions than it answers.

Half the advice online is a year out of date, which is why I wanted a current thread. Happy to be told I am overthinking it.
