The difference only becomes obvious once you look at the frame times rather than the average. Curious whether that matches what everyone else is seeing.

The usual fix here is the trick is to change one thing at a time and actually note the result before touching anything else.

I went through this last month. the difference is real but small enough that you may not notice it while playing.

Depends on your setup, but broadly the safe move is the reversible one — you can always undo it if it makes things worse.

Had the exact same issue. region and server load matter more than most guides acknowledge.
