Why are starter packs new-account only?

Not sure if this is the right board, move me if needed. What actually changed my results was slowing down and reading the tooltips properly instead of rushing.

The default settings are clearly tuned for a different setup than mine. Hopefully this saves someone else the afternoon it cost me.
