   Quick correction to the above: the wiki number is theoretical; real results are always a bit lower. That fixed it for me, at least.

   Every guide I can find skips the part I am actually stuck on. Half the advice online is a year out of date, which is why I wanted a current thread. It seems to depend heavily on region, which nobody mentions anywhere. Will update the post if I find a cleaner solution.
