[Wuthering Waves] Bluetooth controller latency — worth it?

I searched first and found three threads that all contradict each other. The difference only becomes obvious once you look at the frame times rather than the average.

The in-game explanation and the actual behaviour do not appear to match. Interested in the counter-argument if there is one.
